Sorry I haven't been near a computer much lately. You know how much I love Donella and I'm so glad to read a fic on how she has become part of the x-men. Xavier has shown his great trust in her by giving her his family to care for. This story shows the love the to of them feel. Well done!

Author's Response: Obviously, I share your Jean issues, as do lots of other people on this site, judging by all the times she\'s been called a bitch in various reviews. Part of the fun of this story is finally just calling her that straight out--no allusions, nothing implied--just \'she\'s a bitch. Period.\' As for how Logan is protecting Rogue by keeping the \'skanky slut\' happy...I\'m thinking that should be clear by Chapter 3, if not sooner, depending on how good you are at deciphering the clues in this chapter and the next...--Wendie

Logan's being ripped apart, Rogue is having her mind raped and Remy is going to get his heart broken. Jean must die painfully!

For some reason I stopped reading this but came back and started it again when I saw you had finished it. While it's not the sort of story I would read normally I'm really glad I did because once I got really into it I had to read it all and enjoyed it greatly. Wonderful work.

You left me shaking after reading this it was horrifing in a you made me feel like i was there wanting to take them where bad things don't happen. But the part that made me cry was Logan telling her 'it's okay' even after she fell asleep. To get another chapter i'd give up a naked Hugh Jackman.

That kiss in the dinning room would bea great movie moment. I love the way he gets upset about fighting a fake sabretooth in the altered jacket so cute.

Author's Response: I love the dining room scene - I wish the movie producers would consult the fans when they\'re putting a script together, because I am sure we could come up with an awesome film!! Still, we shouldn\'t complain - at least we got Hugh Jackman instead of Dougray Scott! (Dougray Scott fans, I apologise - I have nothing against the man as such, but he\'s SO not Hugh Jackman!!)

Marie is one hell of a girl not only can she stop a pissed off wolverine with a finger in his face she helps him put his shoulder in. I think that after the next chapters it's on to new ones your've done a great job to get them reposted so soon can't wait the promise of smut doesn't hurt either.

I hoped to get the chapters reposted faster than this actually, but my hours at work got in the way, plus we\'ve been doing some decorating at home, so didn\'t get a lot of spare time for the computer.
