Okay I am guessing you live somewhere that doesn't use Fahrenheit. 60 degrees in the US is cold. (the quick way my French teacher always told us to calculate centigrade is to take the Fahrenheit double it and add 30 - it works you are only off by a couple of degrees. Going the other way is less accurate but I am beating you wanted it to be about 110 - which is about right for a Western Indian summer).

But I\'ve got to tell you, I live in Nebraska (and Wyoming is typically colder than Nebraska because it\'s in a higher elevation) and 60 degrees Fahrenheit would really be very warm for November. I believe they start getting their heavy snows in November most years which would mean temps are more generally in the 30\'s or lower 40\'s. We\'re usually in the upper 40\'s to lower 50\'s for highs here in Nebraska then with nights dipping down into the 20\'s and 30\'s (all Fahrenheit readings). Author's Response: thanks! working on the next chapter now and will have it up tomorrow night. i\'m really enjoying toying with the characters in this new way, especially Wolverine because i can\'t draws on a teenage Logan like i can with the other kids from X-men Evolution and how they appear in my mind. teenage Logan is constantly surprising me with his silly little inner monologue. it\'s really fun to take the usual bad ass Wolverine and make him an awkward kid trying to be tough like every other teenage boy in the world. and i\'m glad you\'re enjoying the ride too :)

I love this bit of fluff and hopefully the Professor is getting ideas for the danger room and the team. The way you wrote the kids coming together and the developing relationship between Wolverine and Cyke is really well done and feels very natural. Well done as always.

I haven't had the chance to review the last couple of chapters but I wanted to let you know I am still reading. I am in awe of how you have built, released and are rebuilding the tension in this piece. It ebbs and flows so gradually you don't even know it is happening until you find yourself in the trough of the wave with the crest pressing down on you. I think I remember what happens next but I want to see what you have done with it. BTW I thought the last chapter fit Xavier perfectly - tone, texture and all of the English Lit references.
