With very grateful thanks to Victoria for okaying this sequel, and for correcting my Britishisms ;). 'As I Lay Dying' made me think about my favourite version of Death - the Terry Pratchett version. For those of you who haven't encountered him, he's a 7-foot tall skeleton who rides a white horse (called Binky), carries a scythe, TALKS LIKE THIS, and loves cats. He is strangely loveable.
