THank you for posting this. I really enjoyed it. The interactions, the emotions of the characters, you portrayed all of it very believably. And in response to the leg injury, Logan's body heals, but his bones wouldn't be strong enough to reshape the metal, so that made perfect sense to me. And the only person capable of hurting him in that way is Magneto since no one else would be strong enough to twist the metal and force his body to heal to a new shape.

anything, thanks again, loved this!

This was just sooo . . . perfect. I loved reading every bit of it. It's a great take on the Logan/Rogue relationship. Lovely job with the characterizations, too. :)

Very satisfyingly violent without making that the whole focus. Very original in the story of her leaving. I really enjoyed reading this. It was masterfully written. Thank you for sharing.

Really liked this one, and your depiction of Logan as being all sensory, distant, just seeking some calm. The way he and Rogue meet and their relationship evolves was great.

Also liked how your Logan isn't perfect and he did do some bad things in the past, and that Rogue gets to see it.

I struggled with the bit about Logan's leg being mangled and then not healing correctly so he's left crippled, because if his healing was limited to only his skin patching up then he would always have bits left inside himself, like bullets, splinters, etc, as his skin would just heal over them, which we know is not the case. In the movie they show how his body pushes out the bullet in his forehead before the wound heals over.
However, if anyone can hurt Logan, Magneto can, so I suspended my disbelief and enjoyed the rest of the story ;-)
