Author's Response: yeah I\'m trying to add as much L/R as I can squeeze in, hopefully I\'m successfully demonstrating how even though Logan and Rogue are apart they weigh heavily on each others minds, but I got to get Logan off the road and back to Mar- er... ::ahem:: the Mansion ; )

oh man, this one almost got lost for me in the flood of updates. Great addition, Amanda. I love a good comedic revenge piece. Did you ever read Marie's Revenge? It was a companion piece to The Hazards of Drinking. I kept thinking of that story as I read this one. and when i read the bit about the drawer full of porn i was instantly hit smack in the face with the mental image of Scott's head plastered to all the women's bodies in the magazines. Thank god it was just a pic of L/M =P

The length worked. I like a good 10-12,000 word length in a one-shot piece. And i thought you held this one together well. Jeez, my nose is still tingly from reading this one. I have spring allergies and there is a thick layer of pollen clinging to absolutely everything outside for the last few days. So I'm already suffering. Now, though, I'm rubbing my nose so hard I'm probably going to get a nosebleed. Thanks! (that was sarcasm, by the way.)

Anyway, good stuff. While the comedy was great-- you have a knack for it--- I really enjoyed the Logan and Marie interection. The image of her swaying on the swing and him perched against the rails--- beautiful. I liked it when she pushed away from him, needing the distance. And I absolutely LOVED it when she told him off. I'd quote my favorite lines from that, but then I'd be quoting the whole monologue. *grins*

God, a love a good bit of angst before the happy ending.

hint, hint. meaning; get off your lazy bum and write a companion piece to this one! Also, while you're writing, how 'bout adding another chapter to WYCF? Is that too much to ask for you? Sweet Molasses woman!

I really laughed a lot writing this and of course after you mentioned Marie\'s Revenge, I had to go read that story. \r\n\r\nTook me a while to find the thing for some reason the search box on the website didn\'t bring it up right away, but after some scrolling I found it. Hazards of Drinking was hysterical but that other one, the Revenge Fic- priceless! Thanks for telling me about it, I mean the skunk bit? That was amazing.....especially with the added help of the dyes!\r\n\r\nSorry about your allegeries, I used to be a chronic nose-rubber myself, I\'m a big fan of the open palm, counter-clockwise rotation, seems to hit all the right itchy nose spots. Then when I was sixteen I got my nose pierced by an Asian in a van in Greenwich village and I couldn\'t do the nose rub without causing a nose bleed...he he yeah....fixed that problem!!\r\n\r\nALSO, in reference to your update request. I\'d like to take a moment to quote the famous words of a fellow fanfiction writer. I won\'t mention names, but I think the exact words were something like:\r\n\r\n\"demanding little thing aren\'t you?\"\r\n\r\nRing any bells? Oh and Molasses woman? I just wrote a 11,000 word story, that\'s like a breech birth! Have a little mercy! I am working on an update but I don\'t like where anything is going, I keep scraping and re-writing and then I got side tracked with Revenge and now I\'m being tugged in a different direction by the idea of a sequel... \r\n\r\nI\'ll try to deliver with something worth the wait, I promise.
