i have read and watched the movie for the rocking horse winner. It's kinda creepy in away. Well that's what I thought when I read it, but how you placed it into this story it makes logical sense. People, specially some parents are always looking for more money. No matter who it hurts in the long-run. Anyways, I really enjoyed the short-story you wrote. Maybe another chapter or something with another story from the time period. *shrugs* who knows.
Rogue's angry, and she makes her way to Canada. But things don't go according to plan and a crash followed by a Snow Storm in one of the worst Canadian winters recorded, have startling effects.
