Author's Response: LOL, glad ya like it, lots more twists and turns to come, especially when Marie confronts Wolverine if Logan finally lets her in again.
In this story remember Logan has no romantic thoughts about Marie, he sees her as the annoying kid hell-bent on saving his life even when he doesn\'t want her to.
Maybe his realisation about her will come, but slowly and gradually, perhaps right towards the end, that is if Wolverine leaves them both sane and whole enough to reach the end...
I like the idea of keeping readers guessing! :)
I don\'t really hate Jean, just see her as an unfortuante cog in a larger machine, I always thought she must be a little tired of being seen as the perfect and reliable Jean Grey, hence thre rebellious part of her that throws herself into an affair with an unstable Logan, the thrill is probably too much of an incentive and drug!
