The end had me laughing. I love how she just adds in that she's breaking up so nonchalantly.
Author's Response: I must confess - that last statement is one of two lines that I didn\'t write. Lovey (see opening credits) did that one for me (and she\'s not even an X-Geek like me). I was struggling with the same concept but in awkward dialogue, so she smoothed it out for me. Give credit where it\'s due, I always say.

Good to know I'm not the only one that gets pissed when I'm woken up from a sound sleep.
I think Marie has been popping back some pills!
I really like this story but the thing that kind of irks me is that, yes we know she has the flu but she only seems to sneeze and cough when she says something like "Oh, I have the flu". I don't think you should go over board with her illness but she seems to be perfectly healthy all the other times they have been talking.
