1)Scott’s dead as a message from Phoenix to Xavier
2)Jean’s dead because she couldn’t handle taking in Phoenix
3)Marie took in Phoenix thinking it was Jean
4)Phoenix’s plan is getting all messed up because Logan is actually thinking with the head that’s on his shoulders(!!) and isn’t buying this whole line about Jean not believing in an afterlife and never seeing Scott again, yadda, yadda, yadda.

I KNOW I've read this numerous times, can't BELIEVE I haven't reviewed it! This is definitley one of my favorites. Love how all the guys think they've got Logan figured out. Seems like Remy is the only one smart enough to not need a knock upside the head with a 2x4, the rest of them seem to take FOREVER, even when all the evidence is right in front of them!

I love the idea that he took a lil bit of her when she took the bits of him. Interesting take on her mutation. Like the little exchange between her and Jean as well, I'd imagine with Logan's help Marie could wipe the floor with Jean on an anatomy test!
After Jean's death Logan departs and heads north again, trying to outrun the deomns that are haunting him only to find himself at the mercy of his own heart and the seemingly endless wisdom of a woman who knows what it means to feel lost and alone.

Whoa! Really dark there, ara. Interesting take on the Wolverine/Logan pair. Never thought to consider that the two halves of the whole might not be able to stand each other. Blame whoever the (bleep) you want to for this!!! Literary merit or not it was HAWT!!!
Tho all the sex may have been very spur of the moment and surprising, you made it abundantly clear it was all backed by love and friendship from all involved. When she finally found Logan in her room, you had me scared for a milisecond, but then his response was spot on, character correct as well. The serious moments about both of them risking it all every night was an excellent touch and spoke directly to how much their feelings for each other meant, that they are willing to risk so much. Excellent piece, VP, story line AND smut!!
