Maybe I'm no good from the head, but I like this Logan, like him a lot. And I wouldn't mind reading more of this in the near future. Please... Pleeeaaassee don't take weeks to update?

No need to hide, RD. :) Things are just getting interesting. It's nice to see small tidbits of caring sprinkled so sparsely to Wolverine's otherwise so gruff character. It makes it more real for me than the overly mushy "I'll-Die-For-You!" -Logan that I keep seeing usually while reading fics. I hope you're not planning to leave us hanging in suspence for too long. If that's the case you'd better find something big and sturdy to hide behind... :)

Author's Response: This Wolvie...he ain\'t in love to say the least. But I like him, he\'s a simple guy. For his lack of communication he feels very open to me, easy to read. Without having to touch him Rogue knew who he was, understands/respects, and acts accordingly. Next chapters difficult, everyone from the good Colonel to Sabretooth is giving me different ways to go and I\'m having a hard time choosing because Wolverine and Rogue are strangely uncooperative with any of them.

This gave me the chills. In a good way. Thank you for posting this.

Anyway, I liked this story very much, perhaps because it was written much similar fashion as I see Logan/Rogue relationship. Logan is the strong and able one, but Marie isn't the fragile flower either, just little confused and scared, aiming to the wrong target for the right reasons.

I'm going to take little different approach. I don't evan want to know what lead to this. This is perfect for me as a one-shot. Usually I hate this kind of fics, but there was something in this that made me very happy that I was left in the dark with my own speculations of what lead to Marie's imprisonment. Great work. Thank you for posting. Oh, and happy New Year! :)

Dr. Sue MUST die. Slowly. Sllooowly and preferably as painfully as possible, while copulating in the bathtub filled with chocolate syrup, the guy pounding her from behind. *Couldn't agree more. What kind of a twisted hag is that Dr. Sue-Me, anyway? And what's her address?*

This was a good story. I was there, in that train. On a seat next to theirs and saw that happening.

I think this is more optimistic in nature compared to mine. It's nice to see how differently we can look at things.

I especially loved the last line. There really are moments and things where you think like that. Life can wait.

I like this one a lot. The world you have created has been used often before, but you managed to make it sound something new, fresh and interesting. I'm really looking forward for the next chapters.
Marie's numbness comes through loud and clear, but there's that little something that makes the reader think that there's more to it. That she hasn't fully given up yet. Or is that just my wishful thinking? Perhaps.
Aaand... owie. I probably have something more to say when next chapter arrives. Really, really looking forward for that.

I knew you wouldn't give up on this. There are stories that need to be told, and this is one of those stories. I'm glad that it's you holding the pen on this one. Again, perfect tone for the chapter. You describe the most crucial things so vividly that it's practically impossible not to live in the universe you've created.

Hmm... This drabble made me think. They usually do, and that's why I try to avoid reading them, but since you wrote it I had no chance but to read it... Why is it that every time Marie gets a boo-boo, Logan is so freaking eager to heal her? And why is it that everybody, us AND Marie expects him to heal her?

Author's Response: Who, me? O.O No..No, course not. Don\'t look under the fern. lol, it must be something going around. I was staying at a friends house and didn\'t want to turn the lights on and wake everyone up. Walked right into the bed post. Except it was metal. Had a big ole bump and bruise on my nose. All day people asked, \"What happened to you?\" And I had to relay the embarrassing tale. To which I thought Rogue is so fricken lucky. She could have Logan heal her and no one would know the difference. Because its another chance for him to prove his how so hero manliness? And because caring is sharing, Ara. :D~
