That was truly gripping. I know that this site is designed to showcase stories of the romantic (usually) relationship between Logan and Rogue, but the issues of prejudice and bigotry are central to the X-Men mythos and this story illustrates that beautifully. I also like how you introduced comic elements relating to Magneto. His backstory keeps him from being a simple stock villain, out for money and power. Even though you can't condone his methods, you can understand why he is willing to go to such lengths to prevent another Holocaust. Good work!
The message read 'Wear this and come and find me'. Logan was never one to refuse a challenge, especially if his beloved Marie was at the end of it!

That was a great story! I love the scene where Rogue tells Logan she tried to kiss Jean. But I must say I'm curious; why did the guy shoot Rogue?
Author's Response: Thank you! <3 As for the guy who shot Rogue - in my head, he was fleeing from mugging somebody else, and the shooting was accidental - he didn\'t mean to, but he was very scared and also had a gun in his hands. The shooting was incidental to the rest of the story I wanted to tell, so I didn\'t explain it much more than that. I\'m so happy you enjoyed it, thanks again!
