The Wolverine & Rogue Fanfiction Archive
Barely Legal Since 2000
Absolutely love foofy bits like this. Logan was hilarious and the dialogue had me cracking up with laughter every other minute.
Do take a hint Logan!!
Thanks,
-Pepper
Da dunk. Oomph.
Hot damn! I mean, HOT DAMN!
Love this AU. Love everything about it. Just my kind of fic. X-men, porno style.
Where can I find a Maximus Erectus?
I read this a while back as a stalker of this site. After reading a vast amount, I had to be a member so I could review hot fics like this. Then I added to my favs so I read it over and over again.
Thanks,
-Pepper
I don't know why there are more reviews for this, but it was amazingly awesome.
Love Rogue...I mean how can you not ;)
-Pepper
Um..WOW..and..yummy....I suddenly want to go take a shower with a hairy and well-endowed man.
Bastard that Logan may be, I believe you have got his true nature spot on. This is a more primal, instinctual Logan and something about his raw emotion has baited me.
I've been a creeper for ages on this site and only recently actually joined. Once I saw your update, I had to review.
Great job and the smut is un-fucking-believable!!!
....must go find a man...NOW!!!!!!!!
Thanks,
-Pepper
Author's Response: Pepper - :)~ Thank you for your review. I love that my writing is \'inspiring\'. When you find Logan let me know if he has a brother!. I am glad you took the bait. I have no idea why this bastard Logan spoke to me (okay well that\'s not true, I have an idea) but anyway I am glad you find him as spell-binding as I do.
After finally transitioning over here from fanfiction.net, I saw that you had updated. *does a little dance*
You saved me from going crazy after being snowed in for the past 2 days.
I hate Jean even more. I didn't think it was possible to hate a person this much, but I definitely do. She needs some adamantium claws ripping her apart.
Looking forward to the next installment...
Author's Response: So glad you made the move to WRFA. I actually post and play in both worlds, but this one seems to have a whole crop of outrageously talented writers who either don\'t know about or don\'t bother with FF.net. Of course, the FF sandbox allows for a multitude of fandoms while this one is limited to the ROGAN world, mostly. I have noticed your byline on the FF pages and in my review box there. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!\r\n\r\nAnd thanks especially for taking the time to let me know you are enjoying my Jean hatefest.\r\n\r\nSo how sick is it that I actually enjoy making people hate Jean enough to want her dead? And how twisted does it make me when I giggle at the image of those claws hacking her into a pile of goo? Or smile wistfully at the mental picture of her hurtling earthward at break-neck speed after being tossed from the Blackbird at 30,000 feet? (Thanks for that, Sahara.) Trouble is, in this story, death is actually too mild a punishment for what she\'s done -- just ask Logan, or the professor, and let\'s not forget Rogue. However, that doesn\'t mean MegaBitch will want to live once they\'re done with her...We live in hope... --Wendie
Gah!
Hot!
HOT!
My computer is in flames...can't touch it.....
Love it! I was snickering water through my nose while reading until the end whereby I had melted into mush.
So jealous of Marie...I mean, you know...because of Logan...and his gifted manhood.
And the Queen certainly never sang out like that...hehe.
Thanks!
-Pepper
Author's Response: I am positively giddy that you enjoyed this and wholeheartedly over the moon that you took time to let me know. And, yeah, I have ALWAYS been jealous of Marie... --Wendie
Hell yeah, he better stay!
I love your description of Logan's raw, primal need...her scent.
You got him down -- from the way he avoids her to attempting an explanation -- to a fucking T!!
Love it! Off to read more.
-Pepper
"Tell me how"....indeed.
I do see the potential squick...but come on...Marie and Logan...in a sense they are fucked up so that they follow a code unto themselves.
The tension...the emotion...it packs a sensually hot punch!
Clicking that next button NOW!
You're killing me woman!
In other words, I like it. Sex without touching has never been that HOT!!!
Kitty & Jubes' takes were awesome.
And the hotness continues. This is totally epic! Saying I love it would not do it justice.
Ever been to Cold Stone Creamery? The sizes there are "Like it," "Love it," and "Gotta have it." Well, the sentiment behind "Gotta have it" reflects my thoughts.
I am mush....a pile of mush...Instincts in their purest form calling out to each other...This is genius...Makes me wish I had a man...
Basically, I can't string something constructive together right now because I'm too emotionally overwhelmed (in a good way).
Definitely enjoyed this and it has gone into my favs so that I can read again and again.
Thanks,
-Pepper
This certainly deserves to be finished. I love the way you've weaved back and forth. The description is both simple and rich at the same time which makes me feel like I'm in the moment and every one of Rogue's feelings are palpable.
I'm tense waiting to find out what happened between them. When I read the last line of this chapter, I literally banged my fist on the table saying, "More, damnit. Give me MORE!!!"
I believe that pretty much sums up my feelings towards this story. I'll be lurking around until the next update. ;)
Thanks,
Pepper
Author's Response: I\'m so glad you\'re enjoying it. I\'m going to try and post the next chapter on Friday or Saturday of this week (Australian time). All I have to do is write it ;)
I really like this portrayal of Logan. He seems so...twisted. Is it disturbing that I like his crudeness? Or maybe the way Rogue reacts to him?
I can't find the exact words to describe how I feel about this story, but I know I'm addicted to the intensity. So many things are pulling me in....wow...
Thanks!
-Pepper
Author's Response: *nods happily* I must confess I do have a love of the dark side. It\'s why I love Wolverine above all - he is not simple or straightforward, he has depths few other characters have. And in this story, we are exploring a Logan who WASN\'T rescued by the Xmen, or a sweet, innocent girl. He hasn\'t had that in his life. So, yes, he is dark. But he is on a journey, too. Thank you for reviewing ... it makes it all worthwhile when people connect with a story. Especially a piece like THIS.
Oooh...I'm looking forward to what comes next. ;)
I love how they've both teamed up and duped the professor.
And how dark does Logan make Rogue--that is chilling and disturbing.
Their twisted dynamic has gotten me squirming in my seat. I'm going to go with my earlier comment of "More, damn it. Give me MORE!"
I'm hungry for what's next. Feed the beast! :)
Thanks,
Pepper
So sorry I haven't been reviewing lately. (Work, life, take your pick...)
This is just fucking awesome!!!!!! I have to read and reread each chapter as I drink in your wonderful use of words. (I just spent another night reading it from the beginning)
It's not just the way Logan and Marie interact, it's also the way they appear to others. Scott, Jean, and the Professor subtly offer insight into what the Wolverine and Rogue are all about.
Every time I'm done reading a chapter, I am left in whimpers. Not only from the feelings evoked by their tormented psyches, but also the fact that this hot story is keeping me on my toes!!!
I will have to get better about reviewing (but I always read during work where I don't sign in so that I can keep my obsession a secret ;)
Thanks,
-Pepper
Author's Response: It\'s OK, Pepper. One review like that every few chapters will keep me very happy indeed! I am really enjoying the time and space to explore all those different facets; quite obviously, the conflict between appearance and reality is something that intrigues me (especially with these characters), and I\'ve always liked looking at these two from the perspective of others. The next chapter might be a bit late but I\'ll do my best to find some extra whimper factor :D
GAH!!!
My mind has just been blown away....waiting for it to come back.....
Pepper
I can't think straight. I've been reduced to a pile of mush. This is hot and intense with a lovely combo of an alpha male.
I'm going to try and recover my brain function now.
Thanks,
Pepper
This is why I don't do angsty stuff...*wipes a tear*
Not that it was your fault. I have to go with serafim and say I knew something like this would come based on the title and all your notes. And like a moth to a flame, I read it, read it again, and reread it some more.
Yes, although settling does seem tempting, I'm proud of Marie for taking things into her own hands and making a decision.
*wipes another tear*
Looking forward to the epilogue...
Thanks,
Pepper
Author's Response: I\'m not an angst reader either usually, so I tried to give people fair warning. I\'m so glad you\'re proud of Marie for her decision though - thank you! You shouldn\'t have to wait too long for the epilogue. Gonna try and post it tomorrow (in theory!)
Let me start off by saying thank you for a speedy update of an epilogue.
Now onwards:
Tasteful...very tasteful indeed.
And that's quite literally because I could taste Rogue's feelings.
This was absolutely gut and heart wrenching. I definitely have to say that this was the type of thing you read, but stays on your mind long after you're done.
Note to self: don't read angsty fics...especially when filling out med school applications. (which by the way, filling out applications are a bitch...almost makes me wonder why I'm doing this)
But you've managed to draw me into your world and hook me onto Rogue.
Rogue's maturity makes me proud. Because in the end, (I'm going to still finish my application just as she gets over her feelings)...because it's not about proving it to the world, it's about proving it to yourself and knowing that you deserve better.
Although I'm disappointed in Jean and Logan, I'm glad that everyone was able to move on and heal.
Moving away from the angsty end, I'm happy that Rogue is away from the mansion, healing and growing into her own woman.
And in my honest opinion, I always believed Scott was too absorbed in Jean to be himself. I'm relieved that both he and Rogue are finally carving their identities.
Beyond that, it's like I said, this is the type of fic that stays on your mind long after you're done reading. I can't completely express my sentiments, but I'm feeling down in a good way. It's like watching Game of Thrones. Everyone knew Ned Stark was going to die, and you didn't want him to, but when he did, it ruined the rest of the week. I'm not saying you ruined my week, but this piece definitely hit all the right spots in making me feel in tune with all the characters. Plus, I am definitely pushed into a philosophical mode about the kinds of people we are.
Btw, the mankini definitely puts all sorts of images in my mind and gave me a good laugh after I was done reading.
Thanks,
Pepper
Author's Response: Thank you :o) I\'m very flattered that you said this was the kind of fic that stays on your mind long after reading. I kinda like the idea of that! Good luck with your med school apps.
For real??? Seriously??
*keels over in laughter*
His dialogue had me snorting all through my drink.
And it was a magnet????hahaha
-Pepper
Ok, I am finally getting back to reading again!
I wanted to review each chapter, but I just got so caught up in the thick of everything that I couldn't stop hitting the NEXT button until it came to a skidding stop. I know this one review won't suffice, but I was just gripped by the feelings of both Logan & Marie.
I'm glad Jose got what he deserved especially after what he did to Marie and the countless other girls.
Another thing that really struck me is the fact that Wolverine is in her mind, protecting her and supporting her. It's like he's not just a dark beast locked and kept away, but he's doing what his mate needs.
Everything about this is painfully beautiful. I hope Marie gets to her mate soon.
Update please!
Thanks,
-Pepper
Author's Response: Thanks so much for reading and leaving such a thoughtful review! I\'m glad you\'re getting back into this site. There sure are a lot of great stories. I\'m really glad you\'ve enjoyed this one. Anyway, thanks again for the feedback, and I hope you enjoy the rest of the story :)
I'm sitting at work, bored as hell, when my phone blows up alerting me to updates.
I practically flew through these chapters devouring them like a thirsty person in a desert who finally finds water.
Awesome job! The connection between them is strengthening despite Logan being unconscious and Marie still reeling from the feral state.
I can't wait until Logan wakes up. Why do you always have to end at the good parts??? Arrggg!
Good luck with your final! I finished mine last week. *Evil laughs*
Thanks,
-Pepper
Author's Response: Glad to relieve your boredom, at least for a little while =). And congrats on your finals *grumble grumble*. Logan and Marie are definitely going to be growing closer. They still don\'t really know each other yet, even though they have this strong instinctual connection. It\'s kinda fun to write!
Yay! Finally am getting around to reading fics again!
Love the premise and as for Marco and his bait shop...he's fucking evil!!!
Author's Response: Hooray! Welcome back! Glad you like the premise. I realize it could be a little squicky. Thanks so much for reviewing!
Jubes & Kitty? No! How?
Author's Response: Yup! :-D
Who the hell blew Logan's cover?
I literally cringed in pain from your gory, graphic description. My eye is twitching now.
Author's Response: Good question! Which I knew the answer. Sorry about the eye thing...thanks so much for reviewing!
