He's gone. It's hard to believe it, but he is. Gone in search of his past -- whatever it may be. And as Ah sit here in my room, Ah can't help but feel alone again. Ah think back to MY home -- in Mississippi.

Ah had a family once. A dad. A mom. Ah had a normal life once. And in one fell swoop, it dissappeared. And Ah found myself in the backwoods of Canada. Starving, cold, and alone. Ah walked into a grimy, sleazy bar and there before me was a monstrosity of a man. A man fighting like Ah've never seen anyone fight before. By the end of the night, Ah knew what Ah had to do. Ah knew that Ah could count on this man -- this Wolverine. And so Ah became a stowaway.

He promised me that he would take care of me. And he did. He saved me once from Magneto's scheme to destroy all of mankind. And yes, he saved me from my own lonliness. Ah wish he weren't leaving...Ah would give anything for him to just stay here with me or at least take me with him.

Jean thinks Ah'm "taken with him." And yeah, Ah guess Ah am. Ah'm sure she thinks its just a crush; that what Ah'm feeling is the result of overwhelming teenage hormones. But, it's not like that at all. Ah love him. Ah do. And Ah just don't "love" him because he's hot. Don't get me wrong, he is. But, Ah love him in a more deeper level. He's inside my head and Ah know more about him then Ah think he knows of himself. And as Ah hold his dogtags in my palm, Ah know Ah love him.
