Author's Notes:
Silly noodling of what goes through a young woman's mind, dreaming of her objet desire.

Louisiana
Had no one like you, Logan.
How could I have known?

I called myself Rogue.
You laughed, but the name Marie
Made you almost smile.

Different ages.
Different urges, desires.
Different, together?

I’m tired of boys.
Will you be the man I need
And let me touch you?

An intimate touch
So much closer than kissing.
Take my hand again.

Bobby Drake? Oh, please.
Compared to my Wolverine
Iceman leaves me cold.

Don’t miss my family.
They made “different” feel wrong.
Bet your arms feel like home.

She is not the one.
I wish that I could tell you
Why you should be mine.
