I'm a bit pissed off today... that's my explanation.
So you're back... and more than a little broken I'd say.

But it doesn't matter when I'm the one crying on your shoulder.

I said I wouldn't cry; gripping the frayed and folded collar of your leather jacket.

Yeah, I said I wouldn't cry...

What a joke.

It was a joke...

But you laughed.

You laughed when I told you the truth.

And it really pissed me off, probably more than it should have.

It was like you were expecting it... waiting for the words to leave my lips.

And I pushed you away because what the fuck was that plastered on, somewhat indifferent, smirk supposed to mean?

That you had it all figured out?

Which you clearly didn't; sitting there, duffel bag in hand.

That stupid conversation about Rose and how it had all ended still stuck in my head from the other night.

If I were the betting kind, I could say that the knowledge would destroyed you.

But I'd probably be wrong... seeing as you're stroking my hair as I sob into your chest, telling me that you love me.
