I know you must have had your reasons for creating the 'Nipples' chant, but what it had to do with the actual story I still can't figure out. Even so, this was a nice look at how Logan deals with his feelings. Poor chap. Just when he thinks things are 'safe' and compartmentalized, he finds out they're still very much wide open and dangerous. Nipples, or not. --Wendie

Author's Response: I wrote this one while sitting in a train. I was on my way to visit my parents, it was some holiday season and the whole train was overbooked. I don't know if you have ever heard about phenomenon called earworm, but I had it. It's when something, usually music or song lyrics start echoing in your head for no apparent reason. Instead of latest pop/rock tunes I got "nipples". I think it lightened up this small ficlet and writing it down made it stop in my head.
