'Dark' is something of an understatement when describing this amazing work. This is way past 'dark'; it's 'extra deep deep dark', like chocolate that's 80 percent cacao. Nothing sweet about it, but, nutritionally speaking, it's a near perfect food...Delicious! --Wendie

I agree with ct xfan this is one scenario that is easy to imagine could happen and felt more 'real' to read than some of the more 'fluffy' ones [not that we don't all love the fluffy too though!]

Loved it well done x

Not so much dark, ara, as a story closer to what might be the actual truth to the way L & M's mutations interact with each other. Don't confuse what might be the cold hard facts with "distasteful", just because that's how others might choose to see/interpret it.

Were humans really making a jump in evolution, and mutations such as these were a reality, I think you've got it pegged quite acurately. Not everything can be wine, roses and sunny days.

Great read!!
