Holy crap! Honest to God, that was the first gut-level response to this. So many twists in under 500 words. To go from reality to nightmare, from Logan's perspective to Rogue's, each in a matter of a single word or line...and then to come away with the same horrifying thought as Rogue -- Oh, God, he was at Nagasaki.
And as heartbreaking as that idea is, the most gut-wrenching line is: "I don't want to live through this. I don't want to come out unscathed." >sob<
