Really hoping life gives you the time to update more often, when there are long gaps between chapters I tend to lose the plot.

Okay, that was definitely a quick realization. But you can't expect the Wolverine to make something like a pro-con-list, can you? And he definitly doesn't care about human laws.
I didn't thhink Sabretooth would play punching-ball for Wolverine. I mean, a fighting enemy is as a good distraction as a passive enemy with his qualities. And why didn't Wolverine aim for the throat? I believe animal predators usually do so. And as Sabretooth also is a fast healer, it would be obvious.
That was a little stupid by Marie. Where should Mystique has come from?
Now it's going to be a race: Will Mystiwue reach the helicopter (I'm sure they have one) fast enough or will Logan catch up with them? I think the X-Men'll arrive and hinder the departure.

Author's Response: Sigh...all valid points. Unfortunately the original chapter was a little longer, a little different and there was a more extensive fight scene. But that chapter got deleted when I spilled OJ on my laptop and had to redo it. It was pretty discouraging and this chapter suffered for my impatience. Excuses, excuses. Bear with me and my confusing inaccuracies. Hopefully you enjoyed it otherwise. Thanks for the review and for keeping on my toes! As for the Xmen appearing...we shall see. ;)
