Another outstanding installment. I love that these two have been as honest with each other as they can be, that they are coming together to fight a common enemy instead of battling their feelings for each other. That having been said, I also love the restraint, the caution they are both taking with one another where their feelings are concerned. As a writer, that must be quite the tightrope to walk and you are doing a masterful job. --Wendie
Author's Response: Thanks so much for your review! I'm glad you like the restraint and caution, I felt it might be actually a little unbelievable that they might be sharing as much as they are, but I had to move it along somehow! I'm so glad you feel that I'm achieving that balance. :-D

Oooohhhh I just want to hug her right now. You captured her confusion very well in this chapter. And I'm with atmd on the cause of the voices. I want to string Emma up by her ears.
Author's Response: Aw, I'm glad you felt for Rogue. It seemed like a lot of explaining for her to do! I have an idea what might happen to Emma, and it might be pretty gruesome. ;-)

Grr. I'm so pegging Emma for the sudden onslaught of voices when Rogue tries to leave (I know, brilliant deductive reasoning, right?).
Aw. Her uncertainty about her own sanity, and her fear that she's just being paranoid when there really is some crazy conspiracy going on . . . so sad. But hopeful, too, now that Logan's there to help her get to the bottom of all this.
Great update. I can't wait to learn what Frost and Shaw are planning, and how Rogue's power fits into all of it.
Author's Response: She might have something to do with it. ;-) Yeah, I think it was hard to capture how scary it must be to have no compass as to whether you are sane or not, and only the word of someone you distrust to try to guide you. I am glad as well that she and Logan found each other. :-)
