I didn't even see that you had updated the last chapter! Very, very sweet, the comment about Logan feeling a bit humiliated about her asking him and how quickly it seemed that they were talking marriage was realistic. Nice touch between the chapters by throwing Scott into the mix. Very enjoyable! :)

I love the chapter. I'm so glad you updated. However I agree you are an evil evil woman. Leaving us all hanging like that. And poor Marie, leaving her hanging for almost an whole hour. I bet that was one picture both Marie and Logan won't be forgetting anytime soon. The first trip to Dinsey will be forever burned in their memories by the fun they had on Splash Mountain, and not because of the ride itself. Keep up the great work. Can't wait to find out what happens next. I'm sure Logan will be getting Marie back for her little stunt.

Author's Response: Yeah, the cousin just kind of popped up. She reminds me of the movie version of Lara Croft, like she could kick butt if she wanted to in her younger days but, she's older now. Angelina Jolie-like but, married, and older without an army of adopted kids. The Maui part is scheduled to happen much later in the honeymoon set of this series. Lots more reading for you and a ton more writing for me. Thank you for your review!

It's interesting seeing how you have Marie and Logan interact with each other, and their affection for each other really comes through. Very sweet! I really like your very romantic take on Logan as well. :)
Author's Response: I wanted to show that even though he may be a bad-ass, he's a totally different guy when it comes to his girl. We get to see the 'good guy' come out. It doesn't make him any less a bad-ass and we get to see more of his humanity. Almost like he's just a guy, but he's got an extraordinary side.

Author's Response: Hehehe, I have returned, Wolvie wouldn't let me rest anyway. Yup, and just because he wouldn't let me rest last night, I put in a little plot twist, and worked on Logan's family tree. There is such a huge twist coming... I'm not sure Logan will believe it. I know ya'll will. I have sent chapters 9 and 10 off to my beta and I started work on 11 and 12 this morning. So far I think there's about 20 planned for the first story. Then I start posting the sequel called Father Time's Gift. Which may get up to another 20 chapters. Thank you for reviewing!

I went to open up GP&L and I was so tired I fell asleep next to my laptop last night. The laptop has to go in for another security program instalation so we'll see how much I get done on it today.
