Every time you update I have to go back and read from the beginning just to savor it a bit longer.
Truly one of my top 5 favorite works on here, I love how you are slowly building the trust between Logan and Marie, and the foreshadowing has be aching for more!
Author's Response: You scare me when you say that because I went back through to rearead all of this and found so many mistakes that I wanted to bury my head in the sand from shame. Thank you for always reviewing (and kicking me in the ass if I need it) and for making me feel totally awesome about myself. I continue writing for you and the few others who seem to like this enough to follow it over the eight million years that it's taking me to write it. Thank you for being amazingly sweet. Kiss Kiss. rnrn(P.S- I thought they deserved a nice slow connection instead of the sometimes rushed one that we read about. Also, I don't think Rogue's in a good enough place mentally to just fall into trusting people without the addition of time.)

I am indescribably in love with this story and I had to do a double take when I saw it on the front page...and then I squealed so loud my husband looked over at me.

Like Serafirm stated, you had me thinking with this chapter, and its so nice to put a personality to Norbit and of course, Im too am in love with crazy Marie and the ever more protective Logan....Please dont keep us waiting too long for another :)
Author's Response: I'll try not to! You might have a dance party when you see an update. I have one when I see a review. I sometimes feel a little bad because Marie is just so messed up in this, I feel like I'm tormenting her. But, I mist write what the muses dictate.

I'm really enjoying this one! You've got a good handle on the characters, and the pacing is perfect. It feels like everything is moving along at a nice clip, with reveals happening naturally, instead of seeming forced.
And I am absolutely enraptured with your crazy!Rogue. She's just too much fun. Smart, and resourceful, and a little sassy - all tossed in with being kind of insane. Really interesting combination, and you are doing wonderfully with writing her.
Looking forward to more!

I was so excited when I saw your update and you did not disappoint!
Im loving your take on Rogue and cannot wait for another morbid peak into her phyche, the bit with her bunny was heartbreaking.
Cannot wait for your next update, why do you need to go to Florida???
Author's Response: I'm heading to Florida to stage manage an opera being performed by a company called Opera Naples. It's a crazy intensive short rehearsal process (10 days) and then it's two performances so I'm not sure if I'll have the time to do much besides work and sleep while I'm there. Kudos on the Shakespeare quote. I knew that sounded rather Bard-ish, but couldn't recall him ever waxing eloquent about 'freaks' per se.
Great first chapter. I love your Logan and Marie 'voices'. She's not just plain crazy, she's crazy like a fox -- always looking forward, preparing herself both mentally and physically for the day when her parents would make their last mistake.
I look forward to finding out just how and where Marie and Logan cross paths. --Wendie
Author's Response: I've come to find that I enjoy her craziness as well. She is awesome at planning which I think is a direct result of her not being quite right.rnrnGood to know their voices are sounding different.
