Okay, I have a confession to make: I actually do really like Scott, particularly when there is no stoopid Jean bringing him down and making him Mr. Uptight. I have a soft spot for Scott/Marie fics and even though Rogan is Number 1 in my heart, I am enjoying where you are going with this!
Author's Response: Thank you! I hope the rest of the chapters I've posted so far do not disappoint. I also have a very small soft spot for Scott/Marie, mostly when there's been stupid Logan/Jean stuff happening. This fic has grown out of that into something...interesting to me. I'll admit that the turns I've taken so far were sometimes ones I did not anticipate taking, and the ones in the future are still very much up for grabs. In other words, I'm wingin' it!

Author's Response: I know the feeling. At the same time, if I hadn't posted this as a WIP, it probably never would have made it past the first chapter, so please let that reassure you. I've already gone sixteen chapters past what I thought I could with this one!

I am so loving your writing. This is turning out to be one of my favs. To be honest (and i am probably going to be crucified for this) I could actually see Rogue with Scott. It's the whole gotta be in control 100% thing. Of course, though, Logan will always be my favorite mate for Rogue. And now there is a baby thrown into the mix! Can't wait to see how you get the hardheaded badasses back together!

I am finding this fascinating. I am intrigued that this pushed Logan too far and he kinda split in two. At first I was really angry at Logan but now I feel horrible for him. Jean's anger at Marie is so typical of her. She cheats and yet its Marie's fault that she lost Scott. Update soon!!!
