another perfect moment to hate Jean! god, that woman seriously needs to check her ego and realize there are a LOT of things in this crazy AU world than her selfish needs.
i reeeeally like Donella in this story!

What a good mix of the dramatic and the domestic in this chapter. :o) I'm really enjoying the story so far. And I'm looking forward to when Donella and Xavier reunite, even if it is just Donella visiting the unconscious man in the med-lab. Poor Jean. It must be unpleasant to carry around so much poison. I hope she snaps out of it before her jealousy really messes things up! Or until that fortuitous rockslide. :)
Author's Response: Thanks. Most of the time people carrying around that much poison never realize they are until something happens to make them see it.

Oh, I do love the happy baby news! And I like that Logan still cares about Donella and wants to comfort her. As for Jean, maybe there could be a rock slide, just a small one, during the expansion and she could disappear, never to be heard from again. I mean, would anybody really miss her? --Wendie
Author's Response: I can't think of anyone who would miss her in the storyline. I have a plan for her though. The happy baby news was kinda unexpected though. My sister in law who I love like my own sister called and said she's pregnant! It was so awesome I just had to include it here!
