GORGEOUS!!!! Simply gorgeous!! Both sides of the scales, the good and bad, heroism and terrorism, the hurt and the healing. Beautifully done, litlen, just beautiful.

Oh wow. Logan was so deep in this piece. Very well done. Amazingly well done. It was very moving.

Author's Response: you're all making me smile today :) - having a bad day obviously improves my writing! I'm glad you enjoyed it, thank you for taking the time to review x

I wish I had a better vocabulary to accurately tell you how beautifully this was written, especially the end.

There have been many references in fics about Logan dying for Marie because he loves her, but this part: "more importantly I will live for her." is much more powerful.

Again, wonderfully written :)

Author's Response: Thank you x after reading your review I'm so glad I finished this little fic where I did because there was one more line for the end that probably would have got me lynched! It didn’t take anything away from what had been written but hammered home the conflict that his gifts cause – oh well, where my conflict was concerned the delete button won! - I'm glad you enjoyed it and as for your vocab - made me smile this morning so alls good!

Oh, litlen, there are no words...

Well, maybe one or two. The depth of compassion in your Logan is enormous. I also love your description of how Rogue soothes him. I've been noodling around with a similar story idea of Rogue-as-grief-relief for some time (great minds run in the same channels, I guess?), but yours has definitely put a big dent in my ambition to finish it. --Wendie

Author's Response: No dents allowed! – I’m not the first to touch on this concept and I definitely won’t be the last, There's something about Logan that screams 'lost and in need of comfort!' Thanks for the fb, glad you liked it x
