Your wish is my command. I love reviewing stories this well-written.

"Baby-sitter," I repeat, baffled at the depth of poor judgement those words imply." -- one of the best, most subtly funny lines I have ever read.

This story just keeps getting better.

The former English teacher in me, however, must point out a typo that made me smile. I am sure Bobby's mother thinks he's a 'dear' (she might be the only one), but I'm guessing Logan was referring to the proverbial 'deer' doomed to stare forever into the proverbial headlights.

Can't wait for the next chapter. --Wendie

Author's Response: Supes mambo thanks! And I will fix that typo.

*sniggers* You mentioned my town in your story! Hee! I like how you're linking this stuff to science, even though I've never been very good at it. I look forward to seeing where it all ends.

I like this version better than the 2nd movie so far. And please, by all means, bash Iceprick & Jean all you want ;)

I am really enjoying this so far. I think you have the right idea about how the movies should have gone. I'd pay to see this on the big screen.

Author's Response: If it was, Id buy your popcorn. Gracias.

I honestly loved the bit about his fantasizing about Jean and him getting caught by Scott. It was lol worthy. Again I enjoy the fact that he isn't so much in love with Marie at this point, he's just attached to her. The easing of his guilt by sending gifts is a good idea as well, and I'd be intrigued to see exactly how Marie would/will react to these little gifts.
Much love, and luck with the story.

Author's Response: Thank you! Cookies and brownies for you.

Was a little worried when I read the first sentence, my imagination was visited by visions of Marie, dead [once again], lo and behold it was only our dear Wolvie.
I'm loving how you have him portrayed, and the bit about angel wings is beautiful. Short sweet and to the point, as they say.
The little snippets of his immediate, well at this point I may not say attraction so much as a friendliness, for Marie are wonderful.
Continue on with your story, and good luck with inspiration. Science is always full of ideas!

'It's the same bag of repetitious crap I've been dealing with for -haha- as long as I can remember.' That little 'haha' earns YOU cookies and a poodle -- very dry, very funny. This is extremely well-written and smart. Love the what's-her-name paragraph and then her dialogue is priceless. Can't wait for more. --Wendie

Author's Response: I really appreciate your reviews. The title suggestions you've given are driving me crazy-I'm not sure whether to put one of them, or another I had planned. Thank you.

Poor Logan - petulant child was right, but still.

I like how you're balancing Jean & Marie in Logan's head. While some of us (*raises hand*) would enjoy just tossing the good doctor out of the jet so she doesn't get in the way of things happening between L&M, I do like this. It's more believable since she appeals to all of Logan's lusty wrong feelings, but we see that Marie wormed her way into Logan's brain - great set up & I can't wait for him to realize that she's more than a kid he made a promise to :)

Author's Response: I would LOVE to see Jean tossed out of the jet. And then trampled. By a thousand raging Rogan fans wearing tshirts with Hugh Jackman's face on them. Heck, maybe I could work it in. ;)nnThank you, thank you thank you thank you. I have the biggest smile on my face right now.

I like that she's under his skin, but he doesn't quite know what to do about it. He's comfortable with physical contact, but not emotional ties--she's just the opposite, which brings us to another aspect of science: Magnetism--Opposites Attract. --Wendie

Author's Response: Thank you very very very much-for both your reviews. Your cookies are in the oven and the poodle is being shipped now-yes, I put airholes in the box.nnThank you for telling me about the spacing, I'll do that in the next chapters. I'll certainly change "elimination"! You're right, spellcheck sucks sometimes.

Who knew geeky science stuff could translate into this delicious peek into Logan's head. Your writing is clear and crisp, your 'Logan voice' is very much in character and your last two lines take this from merely good to outstanding. I look forward to more lessons in the 'science' that is Logan.

Now for my 15 cookies: try putting a space between each paragraph -- yes, even the one-line paragraphs (especially them, really)-- it makes it easier to read. To separate whole sections use a line or some other symbol or extra spaces. Oh, and somehow I don't think you meant to say the directions to Alkali Lake were 'eliminated'. I'm guessing 'laminated' maybe? Don't you just hate it when Spell Check can't tell what you're thinking? --Wendie
