Oh .. and since I am already almost begging you for a pro-Victor stance, can we see more of the inner Victor, the one that Rogue can see is like Wolverine, that has maybe decided to rejoin humanity and let go of some of the big bad past? I think if ever Victor was to reform it has to be for someone like Rogue who has enough inner strength to deal with him.

Okay ...now you've done it. After 5 long years of lurking and NEVER reviewing I am breaking my own rules for you and you alone. I am proud to say that I LOVE this story, I LOVE you pairing Rogue with a Victor Creed that has more than one dimension to his character and I am (almost ashamedly) proud to admit that I think it (almost) serves Logan right for leaving her to hang for so long. I am actually hoping for more Rogue/Victor action and if I had anything worthwhile to bribe you with I would attempt to sway you to a Rogue/Victor happy ending, cue Wolverine angst here. I am loving this and recommend it to everyone.
Author's Response: I am honored that you like my story so much to break such an important rule. Especially because this is my first lengthy story. I am not going to say what is going to happen. I decided exactly what to do with this story months ago and I am not going to change it. All I can say is that I hope that the ending for this story will be to your liking. I neeeeeeeeed to know Logan's reaction when he finds out she was with Viktor, despite how unbelievably sexy you make him sound, my heart is still faithful to Wolverine.... But I may slip up. Once or twice. Haha

Hehe, now that she's gone Logan realized what he had...
I hope he'll search for her soon, but on the other hand I don't want him to find her too soon - she needs a little more alone-time with Victor ;-)
I hope the next chappie will show us a little more about Victor and Marie (love that pairing, too)
