Here goes nothin'--again. I reviewed this story this morning, but the review is missing now. Don't know what happened, but I'll give this another shot.

"He reached towards her to stroke the silver streak of hair hanging loosely, careful not to touch her skin- not that he was frightened of her mutation and what it could do to him. It was more that he knew what effect hurting others had on her."

This is a beautiful portrayal of the depth of understanding he has of who she really is. And the Wolverine's connection to her being more protectiveness than lust is a whole new twist on Logan's character. I love it. I look forward to the next chapter.
