I kinda like your spin on things. Neat idea having Logan come back as Weapon X. And then Rogue taking his place. I like stories where Rogue is the experiment. She has so many possibilities.

One suggestion, you might consider expanding the ending to be a bit more drawn out and descriptive. It just seemed to end rather abruptly.
