Max being a mutant was definitely something I didn't expect. At least I can understand why he treated Marie so horribly. It was expected of him. For him, it has to suck that he had to hide that he was a mutant. If someone does find out about him being Charles's grandnephew, he'll be screwed big time. If Magneto found out, he'd probably use him to get to the X-Men. Anyway, the scene between Logan and Marie was a nice touch. They're going to have to rely on their love for one another to get through the war that is rapidly approaching. Update soon.

Even though it was short, loved the scene between Logan and Marie. Wonder what he'd think if he saw Marie coming out of the Janitor's closet with Max? Nice twist with Max being related to Charles; didn't see that one coming. Great work. Can't wait for more.

Author's Response: i'd actually planned on having stallworth being a mutant from the very beginning, so i guess to you all it IS unexpected haha. i wanted to have someone who was just so prejudiced against mutants that they had to have a past of their own with the mutation, and stallworth fit the bill! thank you so much for your review!

This chapter was absolutely beautiful. The love between Logan and Marie was so evident during their passionate scene together. I loved all the vivid descriptions and could see them playing out in my mind. I especially love this line, 'A sobbing moan was ripped through her throat as pleasure shot through her system, overwhelming her mind and senses as Logan made love to her.' That really shows the beauty of this scene as they have fallen in love. Of course, there are those that are willing to make trouble if they find out about Logan and Marie's romantic yet forbidden relationship. I hope that doesn't happen. Update soon.

Due to computer problems i was unable to review this story for a while. I got it fixed and hereI am, telling you I LOVE this story! Its so good. I love the dynamic between Logan and Marie. The passion they feel for one another just jumps off the page (well computer screen anyway. LOL) The last chapters have been Really Hot. Great job! I can't wait for the next chapter!

You still my girl?... loved that line. I've been meaning to mention that your Logan reminds me a little bit of the version of Logan from X-Men: Evolution. Love this story; can't wait for the next chapter.
