Beautifully written, epic, sweeping...so lovely yet so dark; both sides of the same coin, but also so different. He heals but she doesn't, his physical - her's emotional, he'll never understand and she can never explain it....just wow.

Wow fantastic story, great read.
Vivid imagery, poetic and sweeping in its references to the classics. Loved it!
Marie's doubts are inevitable, Would he love her if he could touch her and not die from it?
Yes he heals fast but can't seem to understand that she perhaps never will, plagued by the ideas that perhaps this will always be what he needs and not what he wants *sigh*
And regardless of the fact that he can heal and she never will from the pain he causes - she loves him anyway.
