WHOA!!! Talk about your whiplash, Charon! That last paragraph caused me a triple take...I take it he touched her and saved her but it was too much for even HIS mutation to take? Beautiful, sad, but beautiful.

I think this one is amazing, but I really would like to know if I got it right:
They lay beside each other, both dying and he touched her and she took so much of him in that he is now living inside her and all of her true self got kinda supressed?

I am just wondering, because I am not entirely sure and what is easier then to ask the author? ^_^;;
